SUMMARY:Sound Bath Experience and Class
DESCRIPTION:Desiree Schwarz with Elita’s Well will be sharing her years 
 of knowledge on the benefits of sound healing for the mind and body along 
 with a sound bath experience.\n\nShe started studying energy medicine 13 
 years ago and has dedicated 6 of those years to sound healing specifically. 
 She believes the state of our energy and frequency directly impacts the 
 quality of our overall health.\n\nWe all have an energetic field that is 
 highly influenced by our environment down to our emotions. Sound is one of 
 the purest forms of frequency and it impacts the body intensely. Different 
 instruments can be used to impact the body in different ways\, and we will 
 learn about how you can incorporate sound healing into your everyday life. 
 \n\nThis class will have a 45 minute sound bath and 30 minute class 
 explaining sound healing and its benefits. This is a free event although 
 donations are greatly appreciated.
