Small Wins: Digital Journaling & Gratitude In-Person

This gentle, one-hour workshop for adults introduces simple journaling and gratitude tools you can use on your phone, tablet, or computer. Participants will learn how digital journals and gratitude apps can support a more positive mindset, better sleep, and lower stress by helping you notice “the good stuff” in everyday life.​

Together, the group will try short, live prompts such as “One win this week” and “One step toward a resolution,” then practice typing or dictating entries into an easy app or browser-based journal. Everyone will see how to add a quick goal note, a gratitude entry, and a reflection in just a few minutes, and how to set gentle reminders so this becomes a small, sustainable habit instead of another obligation.​
