Small Wins: Digital Journaling & Gratitude In-Person
This gentle, one-hour workshop for adults introduces simple journaling and gratitude tools you can use on your phone, tablet, or computer. Participants will learn how digital journals and gratitude apps can support a more positive mindset, better sleep, and lower stress by helping you notice “the good stuff” in everyday life.
Together, the group will try short, live prompts such as “One win this week” and “One step toward a resolution,” then practice typing or dictating entries into an easy app or browser-based journal. Everyone will see how to add a quick goal note, a gratitude entry, and a reflection in just a few minutes, and how to set gentle reminders so this becomes a small, sustainable habit instead of another obligation.
