One Year, Three Goals: Plan Your Year with Goal Apps In-Person
In this relaxed, guided workshop for adults, participants will use simple checklist and goal-tracking apps to map out three realistic goals for the year: one health goal, one money goal, and one “just for fun” goal. The class focuses on breaking big ideas into small, doable steps using easy-to-read lists and reminders, so goals feel encouraging instead of overwhelming.
Together, the group will practice entering goals, adding step-by-step tasks, and setting gentle check-in reminders, then learn how to review progress each week and month. By the end of the hour, everyone will leave with a basic action plan for all three goals saved in a goal or to-do app, plus a printed worksheet for those who prefer to keep a paper backup.
