Tech for Healthy Habits: Kickstart Your New Year In-Person
Start the new year by putting your phone, tablet, or computer to work for your health instead of against it. In this friendly, hands-on session, you will learn simple ways to use technology you already own to support better sleep, movement, medication routines, and stress management—without needing to be a “tech expert.”
Together, we will explore easy-to-use features like reminders and calendars, step counters, library and wellness apps, and video calling tools that can help you stay active, connected, and on track with your New Year’s resolutions. Participants will have time to ask individual questions, so you can leave with at least one new “healthy tech habit” you feel confident trying at home.
