Business Seminar Series: Understanding Real Estate for Your Business In-Person
Join Jefferson Chamber of Commerce President John Szewczyk to learn about how to understand your real estate needs. There's a lot to consider when starting a new business or expanding an existing one, real estate can be a confusing aspect of planning. John will discuss how to figure out how much square footage you need, how to calculate costs including taxes and utilities, and whether you need or your industry requires special amenities or room dimensions. You will also have a chance to ask your own questions and meet other business owners or pre-entrepreneurs still considering starting one.
